Our Latest Projects

Precision Remanufacturing for a Royal Botanic Gardens Institution

In the summer of 2025, Stealth was commissioned by Wakehurst—the historic wild botanical garden managed by the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew—to completely refurbish and re-engineer their heavily worn industrial compost turning machinery.

The Challenge: Years of processing dense organic matter had left the machine's primary components severely degraded. The central rotor was structural fatigued, the safety canopy was severely corroded, and the internal drivetrain was compromised. This project demanded a full teardown and mechanical overhaul to restore the machine to a condition that could withstand rigorous daily operations.

The Stealth Solution: We stripped the machine down entirely to its bare chassis. The heavy-duty rotor was extracted and dispatched to dynamic specialist partners, Combine Fabs, for a comprehensive structural repair and re-facing.

Simultaneously, in our workshop, we precision-fabricated a completely brand-new, heavy-gauge steel protective canopy from the ground up—engineered to shield both operators and the public from high-velocity flying debris. While the machinery was split, our engineers overhauled the mechanical core: machining the gearbox input shaft and renewing all high-pressure bearings and seals.
Following a complete workshop reassembly, precision testing, and high-durability coating, the machine was delivered back to Wakehurst fully restored, work-ready, and engineered to last.

Custom Umbilical Slurry Pump Build

Bespoke Agricultural Engineering: High-Output Umbilical Slurry Pump Fabrication

An agricultural contractor approached Stealth to engineer a highly durable, custom umbilical slurry pump system tailored to handle demanding, high-volume waste management operations.

The Challenge: Standard off-the-shelf pump configurations often lack the structural reinforcement or exact pipework geometry needed for maximum flow efficiency and rugged, multi-site transportation. The client required a heavy-duty, tractor-mounted solution built entirely to spec that could house a premier, high-capacity pumping unit.

The Stealth Solution: We engineered and fabricated a heavy-gauge steel frame from scratch, integrating an ultra-robust three-point linkage system to ensure absolute structural integrity under extreme load. Every section of the intricate, large-diameter intake and discharge pipework was custom-bent and welded in-house to optimise fluid dynamics and eliminate pressure bottlenecks.

To future-proof the equipment against the highly corrosive nature of farm waste, the entirely raw fabricated chassis and pipe assembly were hot-dip galvanized. Once treated, our engineers completed the mechanical fitment—mounting a brand-new, market-leading high-output CriMan pump alongside heavy-duty valving, clear-braided priming lines, hydraulic hosing, and technical pressure monitoring gauges. The resulting system delivers maximum throughput, zero leakage, and an uncompromised service life out in the field.

The Challenge: Following a catastrophic injection pump failure, a seized roller caused significant damage to the camshaft face on this Claas Jaguar 950. With precision timing and engine integrity at stake, a standard repair wasn't enough—this required a full camshaft replacement and system overhaul.

The Stealth Solution: We engineered a cost-effective, high-spec solution by sourcing a donor engine from a decommissioned unit. Our team meticulously swapped the camshaft and integrated a new injection unit, restoring the 950 to original factory performance levels.
